I love doing any order that is prefaced with, “lots of pink and glitter”. I am not a particularly girly girl myself, but it sure does make for fun cake (or cupcake) making! These cupcakes were made for a little Princess’ 3rd birthday. They were Strawberry Cake (cake bakes bright pink) and Vanilla Cake with Vanilla Buttercream. They were topped off with sugar crowns and glittery princess wands.

This Princess cake and the previous “Skull and Crossbones Cake”, were for a joint sibling birthday party…with the obvious theme…Pirates and Princesses!
The Princess cake was Chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, and the Pirate cake was Carrot cake with cream cheese icing, both covered in fondant.
