The Groom is an avid skier, so we created a replica of Copper Mountain (his favorite mountain to ski). The cake was Milk Chocolate cake with Peppermint Buttercream.

This was Joseph’s Groom’s Cake. It was Chocolate Cake with a Chocolate Ganache filling, finish with chocolate buttercream with fondant accents.
